bad neighborhood and dig shits everywhere

I have stayed here >2 yrs. At the beginging it is OK. Now it seems rental office eagers to get money and let all bad neighbors in.
I am suffering from midnight noise, garbage and dogshit dumping to my backyard, ...Also you can see shits everywhere.

Complaint just goes to deaf staff

I am seeking to leave as soon as possble !
