I have been living at Twin Ridge for 8 months now and I have had nothing but a positive experience. I can't imagine the intentions of some people who write on here because the office staff has been extremely helpful including the maintenance staff. I even work for another management company and give kudos to Grady for the great job they're doing. I live in a two bedroom and it is a competitive price for a lot of sq footage. You would not be able to find anything close to this in the city. One of the benefits is the central location. If you can't afford city prices, but want the convenience, this is perfect. The grounds are mostly maintained and they have a new fitness center and community pool on site. I looked at all of the communities in the area and none of them compared to the new upgrades, prices, and staff. I would absolutely recommend Twin Ridge.
