I'm not sure why so many people have posted complaints because we have had such a good experience here and would recommend it to anyone. We had a few problems two summers ago with loud teenagers hanging out near our apartment and the playground, but police were called and we haven't had any problems since those first two months. The experiences we had with the office staff has been all positive. We had a squirrel problem that was taken care of, and all repairs have been done promptly. Even a forgotten payment recently was handled very cordially with a friendly reminder phone call. We haven't had any water heater problems (I'm pretty sure we have our own) or plumbing/structural issues. It is a quiet, friendly community and GREAT value.
