Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I have lived at Twin Ridge since 2003. First in a 1BR basement apt, which was fine, and had problems there with plumbing, so they got me a 2BR discounted to move into. I have been in the 2BR for 2 yrs now, and never any issues within the space at all. Maitenance staff fix things within 24 hours, always leave a note about it when you're out.
Only issues is that you have to have a landline phone in order to let people in at the front door. Also, there is ONE water heater for the building...AM showers can be problematic. Some neighbors above you are not considerate when they drop things, run and do things on their floor, forgetting someone is below. Some people park in weird spots instead of finding an actual designated parking spot, making it tight for others to get out of their spots.
Overall, great experience, great space for the money (can't find anything this big for this price in the city) and nice staff.
