I've lived in Twin Ridge for 3 years and have had a pretty good experience. I do hear my upstairs neighbors walking around and occasionally hear my next door neighbor talking, but it's not anything out of the normal from my previous apartments. Depending on where the apartment is in the complex, parking can be an issue if you want to park at your door late at night. There are usually spots available, but you may have to walk a little. Maintenance usually fixes problems within a day. They even changed lightbulbs in a fixture that I couldn't get open. I've only had one recurrent problem with a very minor water leak that hasn't been fully fixed since I only have one bathroom and I wouldn't have use of it during a repair. I've never had a safety problem. Overall, I've been fairly pleased with Twin Ridge.
