I had lived in Twin Ridge for 2 years and was satisfied at first with the management and office staff until they changed a few months into my lease. As soon as the new staff came in, I began to notice problems with how issues were being handled. My apartment flooded 10 times in those 2 years and instead of fixing the source of the problem, the apartment complex would clean the mess some of time. I started having problems with my health associated with the mildew that was growing in the apartment from all the water leaks and damage. At the end the apartment complex refused to give me back any of my security deposit even though it was not my fault the apartment was damaged so badly. They are ridiculous to deal with and will not return your phone calls. DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They didn't return my deposit by the required 45 days so I had my lawyer send a letter. They claimed my check was already in the mail. Right...it was postmarked the day after they received my lawyer's letter. They will keep your deposit unless you threaten them!
