MICE AND INSECTS ABOUND

I have live on a ground floor apartment for 9 mos. I have had several issues of squirrels in my bedroom walls, various insects and now mice. I have had a poor ,almost cavalier response, if any response at all, from the manager and her boss. I am uncomfortable living at Twin Ridge and have had to leave for a few days to get away from this situation. Think twice before moving in here!!!!!
