TERRIBLE experience.

The worst staff ever! I have some questions about the over-reduced amount in my security deposit, and she just HUNG UP on my in the middle of a conversation while I demanded to talk to the manager! I still haven't heard from the manager so far.
They have the name of "University Suites", yet in fact they're in no way affiliated with the Univ. of Maryland. The price at this place is near a rip-off, but most incoming students come here because they receive handouts for this place in their admission packages and are misled to think this is a school-run facility and the price should be reasonable for its students. TOTALLY FALSE! You can find nicer and cheaper places nearby, with better service!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER RENT THIS PLACE!!!
