The staff in this building is completely unforgiving and simply will not do anything to help any student living there.
I was assaulted by another resident in the building and the building management refused to do anything about it. I had bruises on my arms for weeks and the management didn't see how he'd really done anything criminally wrong. They also told me that I had to "do my part" and protect MYSELF!
I had my car STOLEN ON THE CORNER OF THE BUILDING and the management refused to give me any compensation for the parking garage. They also refused to cancel my pass for the parking garage until they saw the police report; basically they thought I was a liar.
The staff is unforgiving, mean, rude, hurtful, and completely and totally unhelpful in any way. It appears as if you are getting a great deal, but really, you're paying just under a thousand dollars a month for the office staff to shake their heads at you. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE. Look at craigslist.org if you need apartments.
