I see absolutely nothing wrong with living here. I came to school knowing nothing about the area, having no furniture, etc, and I am perfectly satisfied here. The main thing I love about being here is how SAFE I feel. I hate city life, but I feel safe when I'm in the complex. In addition, being this close to school and the library is priceless. As for the complaints about management - I haven't had a single bad experience with the staff. The one time my smoke detector needed a new battery there was someone up here to change it an hour after I called.

EVERYTHING is included in the price -- furniture, fast internet (no wireless though), etc. It's nice to write a check once a month and be done.

If I could change one thing, I would expand the gym.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend it to someone moving to the city to go to UMB.
