After my experiences with this building and its management, I feel obligated to warn anyone even remotely considering this place to stay away!!
Not only is the construction of the building not sound (according to some contractors who I spoke to when they were workign on my apartment and were so frustrated with the management that they vented to me) but the management is totally irresponsible and will tell you anything to avoid actually having to deal/fix a situation.
Please consider other places...everything may be included, but you're going to get ripped-off no matter what.. guaranteed. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
