The apt was okay but the office staff is absolutely incompetent. Email for more details.
The staff changes often but all were equally incompetent. Even though I paid rent on time for 2-3 yrs one episode where the us mail was delayed and they file in court. Honest.Big late fees. Could not believe it. I dealt often with their inabilty to convey what was needed in paperwork often refaxing and re notarizing but the tenant is expected to endure their ineptitude. Impossible office staff. If you do not mind that sort of thing then go ahead and rent. Be forewarned.
