The place is trash. The management onsite is useless. The prior manger was hostile and the new one is in a daze.
You cannot contact anyone in authority. There is a wall between tenants and the people who make decisons.
The dumpster overflows into the alley constantly.
Worse of all, the apartments are ridiculously overpriced. You pay for access to Hopkins and that is all.
Boston or NYC prices in a Baltimore dump.
The maintenance staff, however, is kind. It would not surprise me if they leave with the first good offer though.
