The apartments are nice. A bit overpriced unless you get one of the huge A or B apartments in 104. Those ones you can turn into a 3 bedroom and split the rent 3-ways so it is damned affordable.
Management is horrible. The management changes constantly, so you can't ever get a landlord to know you by face. Also, maintenance and management is NEVER available and NEVER responds to requests in a timely fashion. Basically, management ----- on you.
