Terrible management, overpriced, but pleasing to the eye

It's funny to see the anonymous posts pop up. If you read them, it's clear that someone working for the company that owns the apartments typed that up to make the place look good. The people who run this place are exactly THAT KIND of people. They don't care about tenants; you are just another monthly check to them.
If the check is a MINUTE late, for any reason, they sick the county sheriff on you. I lived here for two years and had many friends in the building, and among the problems are mice, leaky walls (three of us had our ceilings cave in due to a leak that they kept not fixing right), and constant cable TV interruptions. The building is old and the kitchens aren't that nice, but for a college apartment it was sufficient. You can always hear the people upstairs and nextdoor.
The maintenance staff is kind and friendly, but the property managers/landlords are frequently rude, dismissive, and downright unfriendly. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
