Wonderful location and very spacious apartments. They do really well with the upkeep and if they have time before you move in all the apartments get new varnish on the floors, new appliances, paint, and little details (like french doors for us) that are beautiful. I feel like I'm living in a classic building that's still very clean and new.
The management is very nice, although frequently not there during posted business hours. However, they do get to maintenance problems quickly and all of the maintenance workers are very efficient. The price is VERY reasonable for the size of the apartment. It's technically in the Roland Park neighborhood so it's also a very safe, scenic and convenient location.
