I rented an apartment here from September 2007. I read some of the other reviews and I am not sure what kind of problems other people have had but I haven't had any issues. When I first moved in the dishwasher broke and they got us a new dishwasher within a few days. The manager is friendly and the maintenance men have always been very friendly and helpful. I don't know what happens if you pay the rent late so I can't speak to that. I was able to rent a parking spot for 75 dollars a month and my dog could live here which was cool too. My apartment has tons of space and tons of storage which has been great. It certainly is big enough and everything works fine. One problem I have had that someone else mentioned was with the cable which I would say is more the responsibility of comcast than this building.
