These apartments are very nice and have an old fashioned character. The area is great for hopkins students. I did have a brief experience with mice, due to a huge gaping hole in the wall behind my stove. After nagging the landlord, the hole was closed an the mice never came back. For Baltimore, only seeing one mouse is not the end of the world. So I do still reccomend this apartment building even to friends. The apartments are spacious with beautiful wood floors, and the huge windows are a plus. However, the appliances are old, and my fridge made a terrible loud sound everytime the fan cycled. The management never fixed this problem after repeated requests. No place is perfect, but the apartments here are spacious and pretty. They are also a little pricey, even for the area.
