very poor management and maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
i will never live here again. from the time i moved in my windows could never open. im still waiting for the maintenance man on that. i waited 4 months to get my dishwasher fixed. my neighbor almost fell through her baclony, the never fixed her balcony. you can never reach anyone in the office.
