Valley Terrace Apartments is infested with Mice. I've lived there for 3 years and just recently moved. During the course of those years, I've called and complained about the rodents, my neighbors have called. Under a different management, exterminatiors came in and clogged up holes and put down treatment. Now under the new management, we're told to fix the problem ourselves. I've very clean and neat, so I know that is not the source of the problem.

The children play on the parking lot which is a nuisance and very dangerous as one is driving in and out. There's a lot of noise in the summer time. The maintenance crew do not do a good job of fixing anything, things are usually fixed half way. I would not recommend this community.
