My management staff asked me to report my comment to this website, and I will do so glady. Yolanda I miss you over here every day, and it was great to see you today. I am pleased to say that since I moved in, they have taken good care of me. They accept my many packages, have resident parties, and I've only had professionally managed conversations with maintenance and the office. I think some people experience bad things, sometimes, but that can happen anywhere. However, the way that the staff handles my personal concerns are phenomenal. They updated the lighting in the community, which really helps for better visibility at night, and they always greeting you with a smile. They really make you feel like part of the family. (YOU ALL ARE AWESOME, AND KEEP STRIVING TO SATISFY YOUR RESIDENTS. MOST OF US APPRECIATE ALL YOU HAVE DONE.) I encourage other current or previous resident to post your comments, but be fair to this great group of people.
Oh, I hear they are having a open house with a moonbounce this Saturday.

To those who want to claim that this complex is nice, well they're lying and the truth ain't in them.The staff is fine I will give them that, they have a lot of patients with some of the most worrisome individuals, but as a whole I would not recommend living here. I've been here many years I've seen the property go up and down.Yes, appearance wise is better but the quality of folk has gone down tremendously.Tenants that have been here for years are moving. Management has changed hands approximately 3 to four times in the past 6 to seven years, nothing has improved. I must say that it is conveniently located though I think they need to lower the rent and try their hardest to keep the residents happy that they have. Parking is really nerve wrecking, never guaranteed to be anywhere near you home...u have to walk way down the street. i really have alot to say but I think I'll stop now
