What a Tangled Web....

When we moved in we were impressed with the location and the townhome was nice at first glance. Boy were we wrong, it took over 2 years to get the windows replaced, requests for maintenance go unanswered in an emergency situations especially when due to an major wiring problem and you go without power for an entire weekend even though you took the steps to contact all involved.
There is such a rodent problem that all the stray cats stay outside and the mice stay inside talk about a power shift. Don't expect customer service form the rental office with the exception of Yolanda.... she seems to be the only one with a heart in the whole office. The upgrades they have done aren't without cost, the only difference between the old unit and the new are the washers and dryers and slap down kitchen floors.
The only reason to stay here is location, you have CVS,Bank of America, Mcdonalds, and Shoppers, what the community lacks in appeal they make up for in setting. But don't work late, if you do be prepared to park at the other end of the one way lot and walk to your home. Can be scary if you live alone and work late. Rent with caution.
