I have been a resident at the Village of Pine Run for almost 9 years - longer than I expected, but its not because its such a great place to live. Its not the worse, but it could be a whole lot better. I live on the second floor. When I first moved in there were no small children. Since this time, I have had the apartment above me rented to people with small children who let run and jump during all hours of the night. I have had people vacuum as late as 11:00 p.m. and as early as 6:30 a.m. with no regard that there are two other families living beneath them. I think that this shoud be taken into consideration when renting apartments out rather than just looking at filling a vacancy.
