I have live at VPR for two years now and can honestly say that the apartment management has been on a slow decline. The maintenance staff is unbearable. They fix things that usually will break down again within a week time. Calling the rental office to get something repaired or replaced is going to take a daily effort even for something as small as replacing the blinds in a bedroom. I have also been walked in on by the maintenance staff on more then one occasion while sleeping or in the shower. The police helicopters I think are the scariest because you don t know if they are looking for someone or if they are landing at the hospital.

On the positive note, the neighbors are the best. I have never had a problem with the noise level in my building. We look out for each others kids when they are playing outside and we also take turns taking the kids to the school during the school year.
