I haven't even lived here a year and already am dying to get out. This place is ghetto!!!!! The maintenance sucks too, our microwave, handle to slinding glass door, thermostat and air conditioning are currently all broken. They have all been "fixed" before but maintenance are retards and everything broke again within a day. The past two months have been a nightmare. Our a/c broke and has been "fixed" several times but it's still 80 degrees and humid in here, somehow hotter than outside. Chris in the leasing office is great, he's trying his best to do what he can with the -----hole he has to work with, but this place is beyond repair. Delivery men won't even get out of their cars most of the time because of all the thugs out front. If your from the projects you'll feel right at home here. There's a guy that lives here that has black snakes in his apartment, a bunch of them, in his young sons room and the corporation won't even pay for him to stay at a hotel while maintenance "fixes" the problem. This place seems too good to be true for the price and no doubt it is.

I couldn't have said it better myself!!! words from the wise.... they treat you like crap and are extremely unprofessional. Chris from the leasing office is really the ONLY ONE WHO CARES!!! everytime I go to do my laundry I run into ten kids in the designated laundry room smoking everything possible and always in the way. The walls are paper thin. I can hear people going to the bathroom upstairs and my ears are constantly ringing from the music next door. All these problems were reported six months ago and have not changed. I can go on and on about the laws that Village of Pine Run repeatedly break. This is a very unsafe and extremely ghetto area and believe it or not...the people who run the place are even worse than the tenants. You are not their priority and never will be. A few leasing assistants and managers dedicate their time to make everything as comfortable as possible...but it is wasted efforts because the property supervisor Jan Jefferson will avoid your calls and complaints.
