Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I lived in Walker Manor for 2 years, it brought us both sorrows and joys. The property is well kept. However the management is shakey and unseen, we had several problems in our apartment, including constant flooding, broken appliances and one day we found a dead body in the parking lot! Other tenents have strange habits including raising gerbals. Also there are several apartments being used as halfway houses
