I so I am moving out-but this has been home for 2 years. I had no major problems. Of course my toilet backed up everyonce in awhile, and they had to fix my heater once or twice--but they fixed it all for free. I previously rented from a private landlord who didn't want to fix anything unless it was a major issue, so that's what I liked most about living here. I'm a college student who doesn't know anything about that stuff!
