we loved the area it was close to work and family. the price was decent and the apartment we had was spacious. that being said, management was NASTY and tried to make you feel like it is your fault. we had a beehive that was outside our patio doors and somehow bees were getting in the apartment. it was after hours and we hadd to call the emergency line. they told us it wasn't an emergency even though my son and i are allergic. the gave us some song and dance about the paperwork we needed to give to the rental office!! the bees weren't going to wait until we got doctors slips for all of our allergies!!!

we had a water problem that came from an old pipe in the ground. all of us kept getting step throat and couldn't understand why until the floor of the children's closet was soaked. we move eveything and found MOLD everywhere. we're allergic to mold too. we complained for two weeks before someone took action. the week before my wedding management put my husband, our two sons, and me in a cheap motel (after asking us "don't you have some family to stay with'"). the room had two double beds not a king or queen and a pull out sofa. my husband is 6'7" and 230lbs. where was i supposed to sleep' management didn't care.

the men that did the work used my BATHROOM (and all the toilet paper, even the toliet paper under the sink)!! management didn't care and wouldn't send housekeeping in to clean it. she wanted us to clean up after numerous grown and nasty men. then they wanted to paint over the mold and steam clean the carpet. that was the last straw. i admit i showed off in the rental office until they agreed to stip the moldy walls and REPLACE the carpet. management told us we had to move ALL of our things out of the apartment or into the bathroom or kitchen. the day we were supposed to come back the carpet was to be installed. well, we were not the first apartment of the day and the carpet was not installed untill 1:30 am but of course management said that they could no longer pay for the motel room. where are we during this time' sitting in McDonald's until they closed and sitting/sleeping in the car outside the apartment. at the end the carpet installers said we didn't have to move anything!!!

and that was only half of it!!!!
