Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
There are several nice things about the apartments, and several not so nice things. Here is whats good-
1. Rent is decent
2. maintence and office girls can be great
3. parking is never a problem
4. good location
things that are not so good include-
1. Bedbugs, roaches, and mice have ALL been a problem. Exterminators come but we still see the roaches and mice occasionally. The bedbugs, however, are in all of the buildings (from what I hear) and are a total nightmare.
2. Parking lot can be pretty scary, especially at night if you are alone.
3. Laundry room is in the basement
