I've lived here going on 4 yrs. I love the area for its easy access to towson, the beltway and to downtown baltimore. minor issues with maintenance. Relatively quiet and safe. The apartments are big and almost secluded. No parking problems. visit this place any time of day/night and u'll like it. Seen a few mice and maintenance can be slow at times but over all it a great place to live.

Whaaatt??? This place sucks. I think that the people who like this place must have come from the bad parts of the inner-city or something. I know that there are a few old people that have lived here for a long time, but the fact that all the college students that stay here leave the second their lease is up, says something.

Walker Manor is a nice place to live. Im a teacher and I've lived there for a year. I never had any mice problems. Maintenance was always on time. Small issues with my apt but it was fixed right way. The crime rate is very low. It is secluded and the people are noisy so as soon as something goes down there, law enforcement will be notified. There are also alot of cops that live there too! So I felt like it was pretty safe.
