Break-ins. Burglaries. Assaults...just look up the address / neighborhood in Spot Crime. Today there were EIGHT police cars in the complex with an ambulance around 10am. At 1:30pm there were still THREE cop cars. Who knows what else went down. The apartment buildings themselves are not secured. Maintenance is slow. Mice are frequent. STAY AWAY!

I tried using spot crime but I realized that it is not an accurate source for this type of information. I went to several nice properties that had a large number crimes listed on that website and I was confused as of to why the properties were so nice. I did more research about spot crime and found out that any incident involiving the police is listed, including minor problems like domestic issues.

Writing things that are untrue and overexaggerated only makes it bad for us neighbors! You are only gonna prevent us from getting good neighbors. Nice people who need a new apartment are gonna read that and are gonna be discouraged from coming to Walker Manor!! Do you know what happens then???, We are going to get really ghetto and bad neighbors who provote crime. How could you mess up our apts name like that????? You know that isnt true about 8 cop cars and Breakins, burgularies and assaults and all that nonsense. I have been a resident at Walker Manor for 3 years. All my neighbors can vouch for me when I say that Walker manor is a nice place to live. The staff are friendly and I've never had problems with mice!!! You may have bad sanitation habits!!! My neighbor across the hall who is a cop said that spot crime is a site that records only complaints. You need to be cautious of every where that you live and go because crime really does not an address!!!

My apartment was broken into recently, and a man was arrested just last week for trying to break into an apartment below mine. There have been a couple of murders nearby. But guess what? THIS IS BALTIMORE CITY, PEOPLE!!! Crime is going to happen! I don't feel scared in my apartment or in the area surrounding it. I'm not going to go walking around alone after dark, but as someone who's lived in the city all 26 of her years on earth, I wouldn't walk *anywhere* alone after dark. Doing a search on the city crime blog will tell you about the incidents in this particular neighbourhood. Honestly, they are better than most. The complex is relatively quiet, and with the exception of a few ------- college kids who don't know how to turn their music down, the neighbours are quiet, respectful, and nice.
