My problems started the day before I moved in. I did a walk trough of the apartment and realized that it wasn't cleaned at all. I asked the was the apartment going to be cleaned before I moved in and was assured that it would be. (Lies and Deciet!!!!) By thta time it was too late to make other arrangements, so I had to deal with what it. I cryed my first day there. Yes they replaced the carpet and painted the walls but the kitchen was dirty!!! The range top was so dirty that it was not possible to be cleaned and the cabinets had mold growing in them that was sitting up two inches high (Yuck) I wouldn't even go in the kitchen for the first two weeks. We ate out for every meal. The maintenance was wonderful about it though..they gave me a whole new kitchen in one day. I was very happy with that. Everything was good until they put an on-site rent payment office on the premises. I have had mice ever since then and they could care less. You have to make sure that you call to get on the exterminator list every week. If you forget than you are out of luck until next week. The exterminators suck!!! All they do is walk around and through poison all over the house. It seems to me that the nice really come out then. I too have witnessed car windows being broke and broken into and my tires have had nails put in them on several occasions. We live in Baltimore and it's not the safest place to live no matter what apartments you live in. I would have loved to stay here if I didn't have mice!!! That is the worst..I actually woke up to mouse feces on my pillow. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy!!!
