Westland Gardens Apartments

Cheap, but poor neighborhood From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   I moved into a 2-bedroom townhome in early 2004. I have had great neighbors for nearly 2 years. However, in general, the neighborhood is going downhill. Oh the upside, the rent is wonderfully affordable! Oh, and the "half bath" in the basement is really a toilet in a closet. Kind of weird and creepy.
