I've live here for 7yrs. move and had to come back it is affortable close to the market, shopping, schools, churches and the beltway. I never had any problems with the management or the staff everyone is so polite and kind. That's what I remembed from my first stay here. So it's not the best place but it is a nice place to live when your money is funny and you need to lower your expenses. I've have no problems with roaches, robbery or rats. Nor did not have any of those issues my first time here. So I say if you want a nice quite townhome or apartment in this ever growing economy at an affortable price then this is the place for now. Maybe some people are giving bad reviews because they don't want you to know about our little kept secert here in westland gardens.
