When I first moved in they told me I had a remodled kitchen and bathroom. When I moved in my kitchen was gross i didnt even want to put my food and dishes in the cabinets. nThey were rotted out with old rouch traps in them. My bathroom was the same. the tolet always leakes yellow stuff on the wall and the floor. Same goes with the sink. The tub was all rusty and moldy. The first week my water was brown I had to take my son to my mothers to give him a bath. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling that was starting to cave in. They didnt fix it for like 3 months. I didnt have a scrren door on my patio door so all spring and all summer and fall I had to use my air cuz i couldnt open the door or my kitchen window cuz it would go up and it would always fall out. The tile in my tub is falling out and is moldy my bathroom smells bad. The toilet NEVER flushes they have came out countless times to fix that and cant seem to. Trash is always laying in the street and in front of the mail boxes. My first two months there was a stabbing and a shooting. people smoke weed in front of my house. This is no place for me and my son and im leaving asap!!!!!!!!!
