Thankfully my lease is almost up and I'm definately moving out! Sure the rent is nice for a townhouse but it's just not worth the frustration. My husband and I moved here from a place in the city thinking we were getting into a better area. Boy were we in for a surprise! The kids here are like packs of wolves! They gather in large groups completely without adult supervision and are quite clearly up to no good. Some food places have refused to deliver to us because of the kids. Drugs are everywhere. You see way too many cop cars coming in responding to calls. These places are broken into far too easily for comfort. The employees in the leasing office are completely incompetent. I would not recommend renting any property run by Sawyer Management!

you do not want to live here!!!!!! we have been here for 4 month and we have hell ........next door to us complain about everything . you never can get anthing fixed we have a hole in are kitchen , two in are bathroom one are babys room, its been like for two months sence they cut them. paint was on all over the carpet when we moved in . are was broken in too !!!!!!!and we also have roaches ! do not move here!!!!!!!
