i moved here a couple of months ago and yes they say they clean up.looks to me the cleaners were in a hurry or they don;t get paid enough to do a clean job.the stove had greasy build up on and around the knobs.the kitchen light has no cover.refrigerator had no shelves for the ice tray.the bottom tray in fridge was melted and broken.steps squeak like its 100 yrs old.and yes maintenance is a waste of time.you might as well fix the problem yourself.noisy neighbors,and theres no stores close enough to do anything.so its no walking distance,you have to drive.the kitchen floor is dirty and stained.why lie about your place when they know its wrong.FALSE ADVERTISING!!! dont bother moving here.oh did i say u have to pay 15 bucks to get a mail box key too' heh.you call maintenance or the office and they arent around to pick up.also the hours they open is a lie.lazy people i tell you.they dont know how to handle the job here.u call and not even an answering service picks up if no one is available sometyms.its HORRIBLE.the COUNTY GHETTO!!!! BEWARE .

ghetto as hell truly right, fights drug dealing. people that have no jobs sit around day in and day out doing nothing positive. rude kids rats roaches everything .....not a good place to live
