I recently went to look at Whispering woods town homes. I had called on a Monday and spoke with one of the ladies in the office. I made an appointment on Sunday afternoon to go and see the model etc. My apptointment was set for 3 p.m. on Sunday. The lady on the phone however told me if I could get there any earlier that wouldn't be a problem. The Saturday night before my apptointment I went to take a drive threw the neighborhood just to see what it was like. While there I saw trash and trash cans laying in the middle of the road. The sliding glass doors had wood bars jammed in them to keep them closed. The screens had fallen out of the windows, the cars were all beat up, the only thing that looked decent about the town homes were the flowers. There was a bunch of people (looked around teenager years) just standing around out side. This was about 11:00 to 11:30 at night. It was rather loud and people were playing their car radios rather loud. I saw a drug deal happen right in front of me. I for some strange reason decided to still go to the apptointment on Sunday. Sunday morning I went out to run a few errands and finished around 1 p.m. I was in the area so I decided to stop by a little earlier, but then again I was told I could. I got to Whispering Woods and it wasn't open yet so I stood out side and waited. The lady to open the office got there about 5 mins. after 1 p.m. She asked me how she could help me and I told her my name and that I had an appointment at 3 p.m. to see a town home, but the lady I spoke with on Monday told me I could come a little earlier and it would be alright. The lady there in the office got an attitude with me and told me that we have appointments for a reason and you should stick to your appointment time thats what they are there for. She then said I just got in here and I have things I need to get done and I'm not ready yet. I told her if she would like me to come back at 3 p.m. I'm ok with that. She said no I'll take you but we have appointments for a reason. I sat there out on the front step of the office for about 15 minutes waiting for her to finish what she had to do. I finally decided to get up and leave. When I started walking away that's when she finally came out and said she was ready for me. I told her no thank you and walked to my car.
