Dn't rent from White Springs, they do not fix anything. All they want to do is take your rent money but they don't want to fix anything that needs to be repaired. They are quick to put a letter on you door even when the information has not been checked out or proven true. They do not keep up on their records. Alos there is a quick turnover within their employees. Since I have been living here ther have been four property lmanagers in the past four months. Take alook at their website, most of the ammenties that they offer don't exist/
