I can't say enough bad things about this place. It's true, all they care about is getting your money. The office staff is rude and when you make a concern, all they do is make excuses. I complained about no notice of the construction, according to property management, they put a notice on everyone's doors. Funny, no one I've talked to got one. Why' B/c they are liars and never sent anything out. Furthermore, there is always trash everywhere, I've witnessed many of fights outside my building, etc., etc., etc. The list goes on and on. I just hope this review keeps some innocent person looking to rent in the area from having to go through what I and may other White Springs Tennants have had to experience. DO NOT RENT FROM WHITE SPRINGS or any other Tri-Star Managed development. They simply don't care about their residents.
