Move Here and You'll Regret It!

I moved here in late January of 2004. I was under the impression that these apartments were in fantastic condition, had plenty of hot water, and I would be getting my moneys worth out of living here. Wrong, wrong, wrong!

I lived here for less than a day before my neighbors complained about us walking on the floors so heavily. These apartments were built in the early 1970's and have NOT been remodeled since then. I live on the third floor, and we have craters under our carpet where the floor boards have come loose. You have to have compassion for the people below you, but you can't even tip toe across the floor without making a lot of noise!

The next huge problem we have here is the apartments inside condition as well as the buildings hallways. The hallway carpets are noticably soiled from tenants pets, the stairs are not sturdy and have huge chunks missing out of each step, and management NEVER cleans the buildings. You will be embarresed to bring your family and friends to this apartment.
The inside walls of the apartment are run down with holes that were patched up but not sanded then painted over, roof leaks constantly, rotted kitchen and bathroom floors etc. You also have to wait 20 minutes at all hours of the day for hot water because each apartment does not have it's own water heater. For the amount of money you pay for these ghetto apartments you could be living in luxurious White Marsh by the mall!

Construction has gone on in White Springs since February. Tri Star Management renovated our balconies only to cause more problems. We've had massive cable and electric outages, huge holes in our livingroom walls to hold the balconies, torn up outside etc. The tenants of White Springs pay for square footage, but we didn't have a balcony for two months. Think we got our rent reduced' Think again.

In conclusion, unless you're really broke and don't mind unsanitary, ghetto living conditions don't move to White Springs.
