False promises during renting

The place is not all that looks. Leasing condultants make false promises from Day 1 and all the way. Rents are high but services are not acceptable. They fire their leasing staff every now and then when they receive complaints about quality. One fine day you see your balcony is gone. The owner of White Springs makes his leasing staff scape goats and fires them whereas he should be the one to be jailed !!
