DO NOT STAY HERE, SUBSTANDARD MAINTAINENCE, RENTAL OFFICE IS FILLED WITH LIARS

DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS. THE RENTAL OFFICE IS FILLED WITH A BUNCH OF LIARS, MAINTANENCE STAFF IS LAZY AND SLOPPY, DO NOT FIX ANYTHING ON TIME, RENTS KEEP INCREASING, THE OUTSIDE PRETTY FACADE IS ALL A BUNCH OF --------, INSIDE APARTMENTS ARE A COMPLETE PIECE OF ----.
