I have lived in white springs for about 9 months. In that time we have had water leak through the sliding glass door, we have had our washer break twice (it took them about 3 days to come out each time). Our toilet clogs badly at least once a week and the shower clogs daily. We use drano on the tub about every two weeks but it doesn't solve the problem. Also, our garbage disposal and kitchen sink clog regularly which we have also used Drano with several times. We still have holes in our ceiling from when there was a leak in the bathroom and the "emergency maintanence" couldn't make it so I had to poke holes in our ceiling while they were on the phone telling me what to do. That was almost 4 months ago and the holes still haven't been fixed. Everything that could clog up or leak does and white springs has really not done anything to repair the problem. We tell them it is the pipes, not us. Personally I think we have a tree root in our pipe but maintanence just keeps thinking that we are exageratting or clogging it ourselves.
Not to mention, when we first moved in they told us that the first month's rent was included in all the fees and everything that we paid. Turns out, when we got a notice after living there for 4 days, that it was not, in fact, included. The staff doesn't know what is going on. When we were first looking, some staff members didn't even know there were townhomes available. I should have taken heed then and ran the other way.
