Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005

As previously discussed your rent is raised every year and the service doesn't get any better. Response time when you have problems is horrendous. The inside of the apartments are run down. If you want these kind of living conditions go get a place in the city for half the price. Live from the Ghetto.
