I movings from White Springs in January of this year. If the run down apartments weren't enough reason to our psychotic neighbors on the second floor were plenty. I moved to Perry Hall Apartments located right up Joppa Rd. It's a god send let me tell you. Move here if you expect quality from your apartment complex with an affordable price.
