This is possibly the absolute WORST place I have ever chosen to live in Baltimore County... The first week I moved in, I had to have my entire closet bar remounted (it completely fell out of the wall- they missed the stud by 1/2 inch...hmmm...); my front door and patio door locks fixed (and the patio is still broken even after three "repairs"; and my ceiling re-plastered from the water damage caused by a leak in the upstairs bathroom (which took over 2 months to complete!) There is a HUUUUUGE dip in my living room ceiling where it looks like water is about to break through any moment- nothing they could say to me or do about that either. Now all three electrical outlets in my dining room are inoperable... WTF'''!!! Management only sugar-coats your problems instead of taking them seriously and having the problems fixed thoroughly. There is no better way for me to put it except that THEY ABSOLUTELY HALF-ASS EVERYTHING, from maintenance to the way they treat tenants. The property manager was so unhelpful and made such unprofessional and irrelevant comments while we tried to explain our problems that I wanted to yell a melee of profanity at her (in one instance she interrupted me mid-sentence to utter "Oh, you have such pretty green eyes!"... what do my eyes have to do with the fact that my freakin' ceiling is falling apart'''!!!) I was even told that the manager had been fired but when I called the office a few months later, she was still there! How do you explain that' Mgmt. has been changed two times since I've been here and that's only been within 10 months! They have NO saavy when it comes to conducting themselves in a professional business manner- the leasing office loves to play the scapegoat game, and it's true they will embarrass you with bright yellow eviction notices (I've seen it on many a neighbor's doors!) No one will ever give you contact information for their corporate office (WHICH IS LOCATED ALL THE WAY IN FLORIDA!) and your complaints about the dilapidation of the apartment or townhome will be severely undermined. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!! You're better off at Olde Forge Townhomes or Perry Hall Apartments.
