Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
Well they finally came out and took care of our other issues (see "The Leasing Office and Maintenance People Could Care Less! Do NOT Rent here!!!!"). Now we have water damage and our ceiling is cracking and starting to drop. I called and the maintenance man came out and said "oh yeah, I think the roof is leaking, I will try to have someone out right away"- no ---- that the roof is leaking we are on the 3rd floor! That was early last week. No one has come out or came to fix our ceiling in our apartment. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!
