The apartments at first seemed like a dream. It was my first apartment by myself and I searched for a while before deciding on White Springs. The apartment had multiple issues through-out the time I was an occupant. I should have known it was a bad sign when the ledge on my kitchen window wasn't level and one of my drawers was too small to fit correctly. The garbage disposal stopped working, the bathtub drain was infinately clogged. One time my toilet shot out all sorts of odd things and when maintaince came they asked me to clean it all out before they would do anything and walked away! I didn't even know what it was, and I assure you I'm better off that way. It's extremely noticable that they don't care about the upkeep of their apartments.

Not to mention I was at work when I found out earlier that morning someone had been shot multiple times in the parking lot of White Springs... just another reason to run!
