Management are a bunch of liars, maintainence is horrible, apartments are leaky, holes in the walls. The good reviews you read here are a bunch of lies posted by the management to rack up their ratings. Laundry equipment works partially, snow cleaning is poor, you are likely to slip and break your limbs, rats in the apartments, faulty HVAC. The so-called new gym and rental facility is an eyewash, so is their beautified new facade of the apartments.
